1. Fees: All fees are charged by the night except for stays of one night when a minimum charge is applied. All bookings require payment on arrival.
2. Additional Services: These will be priced separately and added to the final account.
3. Payments: The payment of boarding fees and other services may be paid by cash, debit or credit card. Payment in advance can be accepted via BACS transfer.
4. Vaccinations: All animals accepted for boarding must have up to date vaccinations and evidence must be provided to the kennels or cattery for the period of boarding. This information will be stored for a period of 7 years.
5. Veterinary Fees: Veterinary fees incurred during the boarding period are the responsibility of the client / pet owner and must be paid for at time of settlement of boarding fees.
6. Animal belongings: All belongings left on the premises are left entirely at the owner’s risk. Any bedding, beds, ETC must be in a clean and parasite free condition. Any belongings becoming soiled during the boarding period will be destroyed. We provide beds, bedding, feeding and water bowls and therefore would recommend personnel belongings are kept to a minimum.
7. Per Carriers:  All cat carriers Must be clearly marked with the name of the owners and their cat.
8. Pet Sharing: If you wish your pets to share a kennel or pen, please advise at point of delivery. If not advised by the owner, all animals will be kept separate for the period of Boarding.
9. Exercise: All dogs boarded will be given a minimum of 40 minutes exercise per day as per requirements. Dog walking is available as an additional service.
10. Animal Care: Every care will be given to the welfare and safety of your animals whilst in our care. Animals boarded are entirely at the risk of the owners.
11. Collection: If animals are not collected within 7 days of their due date of collection, and alternative arrangements have not been made for extension of boarding, permission is granted for pooch N Purr Hotel Limited to place the animal with a local rehoming centre, without reference to the owner.
12. Early collection: Early pick up of your animal will incur charges till date of original booking.
13. Cancelation of booking: All cancelations will incur loss of deposit. Any cancelation less than 48hrs prior to attendance will incur full bookings charges.

When using the facilities of Leconfield kennels and cattery, it is automatically assumed that you consent to the above terms and conditions and you give consent for Pooch N Purr (Company Reg No: 12791800  |  VAT Reg no: 358661856) Hotel limited to seek veterinary examination and treatment of your animal if deemed necessary. Animals will be referred to the clients own veterinary practice where possible.
